As I was sitting in the laundry mats, springy sagged up coach waiting...oh gosh....just waiting for the never ending laundry to end while also trying to finish The Time Travelers Wife (which is a pretty good book by the way). I realized that I only have one full day left for 2008 :( and that a year can pass without me even realizing it, and that a moment should not ever be wasted because long behold if anyone has watched the trailer of Dakota Fannings new movie... she ain't LG anymore. 


NOW... for 2009 I don't want to waste a single moment.

so for the dreading list of new beginnings i want to try 9 new things 

  1. - draw all over my arm with a sharpie
  2. - learn how to ice skate
  3. - finish my scrap book... which i started when i was 6 
  4. - play in the snow without whining
  5. - hug a tree
  6. - stay up all night to watch the sunrise 
  7. - learn how to beat box
  8. - walk up to a random person and give them a hug
  9. -become a dj 
YEAH okay... my list is pretty simple but hey at least its a start :)

so 2008 i've stayed single for one whole year, almost got ran over by a bike and got lost in childrens hospital.

i came home yesterday night (christmas eve) after church 
to find my house kind of  broken into. 
why? i don't know. 
we just came home last night finding my christmas tree on the ground 
some of the presents ripped apart (but nothing stolen... well only the angel) 
and a bit of the christmas decor all ripped apart. 

talk about a real life grinch moment eh? 

i was pissed off yesterday night, but i remembered 
the story "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" and like the 
who's in who ville i wasn't going to let this ruin me and my families christmas. 

just to think, my broken christmas tree and the stolen angel 
was going to be the only gift papa gave us.

but its okay, i started blogging so at least i can "getwitit" with the in crowd.

my break has not really been a 'break" why?
not just shoveling snow on my drive way, i have also
been jumping around from mall to mall doing last minute shopping with my mom.
just the sight of the glorious colors of a store makes my eyes water and my palms itch.
yeeaaah i want to buy stuff for myself (call me selfish) but hey who doesn't?
its okay i have no muuulllaaaa.
the snow is pissing me off. call me a scrooge if you want, but i don't know with you
but i absolutely hate the snow. Christmas or no. i hate it.
i don't see the meaning of snow...hmm i guess i surpassed my childhood days of
sliding down a hill with a card board box.
